KAM Specialist Income Portfolio

The KAM Specialist Income Portfolio invests in a diversified range of asset classes including fixed income (both sovereign and corporate), equities, property, cash and 'alternative assets'. In addition, it is intended that a stable income level will be distributed on a monthly, quarterly or bi-annual basis.

The KAM Specialist Income Portfolio targets a regular monthly income of 5% per annum in addition to the potential for capital growth. The mandate also targets the delivery of capital growth over the longer term.

The portfolio is available to all Multi-Asset clients irrespective of tax requirements, risk tolerance and time horizon.

Factors for Consideration: Portfolios will be invested across a range of asset classes and are likely to include exposure to higher risk, more volatile, investments and strategies. Alternative assets may display greater volatility and/or poorer liquidity characteristics than traditional equities and bonds. The value of investments will vary and you may realise less than the sum originally invested. Whilst the portfolio will target a yield of about 5% from underlying holdings, income may fluctuate, and the KAM investment team will have the flexibility to pay income from capital if necessary.
